My paintings feature stylised botanical flowers & plants against a more abstract backdrop of everyday objects.
I paint in oils in a muted palette which explores subtle colour relationships.
Detail is observed in the intricate nature of the flowers and the patterns of textiles and found objects.
My work is underpinned by strong, simple shapes and attention to their spacial relationships.
