42 Chapel in the Garden
A collective of three Dorset painters.
Claudia Dharamshi uses old photographs from family albums as starting points for her paintings. She reinterprets them, erasing, editing and combining images to suggest new meanings.
Esther Jeanes's paintings are dominated by the sky. Her aim is to invite people to step into recognisable landscapes, breathe the atmosphere and wonder in the beauty of the everyday
Malcolm Giladjian studied Art at Brooke House, Trowbridge. He studied colour and landscapes in Central France and went on to work and paint with Dennis Perrot. He now lives in Dorset, where he continues to produce impressionistic artwork.
