ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS

A professional artist for over 30 years Kathryn’s studio in Poole was

established in 2010. On visiting the studio you will see the new

‘Wonderment’ collection, limited edition prints and paintings from her

‘Daylight’ and ‘Nightlight’ collections at special reduced prices for DAW.

Kathryn’s imagery is inspired by the horizon, light, the night sky and

cosmos and everything atmospheric in between. These stunning original

oil paintings are created with handmade natural pigment oil paint on fine

linen and are most fully experienced by standing in front of them. In ITV’s

Harbour Lives

she is credited as having brought colour to Dorset.

PAINTING, DRAWING, SCULPTURE

‘Modernism Meets Upton Country Park’ - PEDAS members celebrate the

life and landscape of Upton Country Park in the mercurial styles of the

great modern movements. Their work is alive with the vibrancy of

Fauvism, Expressionism, Cubism, Surrealism and more. Family friendly

gallery set in delightful ‘green flag’ parkland with shoreline and attractive

estate gardens.

Situated at the edge of Holes Bay, the park, ideal for children and dogs,

has recently expanded to over 140 acres. Visitors enjoy orienteering,

bird-watching, picnicking, plant sales, cycling and segways. Gallery

located above the tea rooms which serve light lunches, snacks, drinks

and icecreams.

Poole south side of A35, approx 4 miles from town centre. Small parking charge.

Full disabled access via lift. Approx 50 metres level path from car park.
