Here at Dorset Art Weeks we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

All the information that we store from you is that which is entered during the registration process on this website, by telephone or in person. It is being collected for the purpose of populating the Dorset Art Weeks website and guide.

This information is therefore publicly available, however any personal contact details added during Step 2 (Basic Information) that are personally identifiable to you are not published, but only used internally to administer your account. We may from time to time need to contact you directly using these details.

The intended use of your data – to publicise your exhibition on the Dorset Art Weeks website and in the printed guide – is not likely to cause any reason for complaints. Digital proofs of your listing will be sent to you prior to the guide being printed so that you can confirm your information is correct.
