PAINTINGS, DRAWINGS AND PRINTS
An eclectic show in a new venue, a charming barn close to the Arne
peninsula. Showcasing the diverse work of the group who paint together
throughout the year. Summer en-plein air out in Purbeck, Winter life
drawing portraits, still life. There will be two artists everyday to chat to
about their work.
Oils, watercolours, pastel paintings, drawings, solar etching and textile
pieces. Sketchbooks to browse. Cards and unframed works on show by
William Pollock, Val Hargreaves, Felicity House, Meriel Parvin, John
Bowen, Chris Clarke, Lynne Prosser, Billa Edwards, Richard Pink and
Peter Cartwright.

KILN-FORMED GLASS (GLASS-ART, TABLEWARE, SPLASHBACKS,
JEWELLERY)
Skilled local artists, Ian and Gail, create high-quality, and original, artisan
glass art through a range of techniques to create powerful contemporary
art for homes and gardens. Every piece is inspired by our love of vibrant
colours intertwined with light, space, reflection and form to invoke a
powerful visual experience. As artists / designers we work to create
original and bespoke commissions for everyday use, walls, kitchens and
bathrooms. We also design creative jewellery in glass / silver and craft
our own lampwork beads using Italian glass ‘in the flame’. We invite you
to our working studio to see our original artworks and work-in-progress.
