about the human condition

sometimes just for itself.

Work ranges from small studio

work to ten feet high.

Clare Trenchard:

Studied at Chelsea and exhibits in London and Sladers

Yard in Dorset. Sculpture in bronze and bronze resin, large drawings on

canvas.

Dorset land and seascapes. Watercolours, oils and mixed

media.

Rod Page:

Uses timber with burrs, bark inclusions, wild grains and

spalting. Developing techniques to create lattice bowls and vases to add

elements of light and shadow to the forms.

PAINTING

I use abstraction to generalise

particular visual experiences:

fragmentation of light, the

isolation of views, colour through

doors and windows, the

illumination of the everyday world

through positive and negative

shapes. The sensations and

responses experienced are

expressed in paint.
