A VARIETY OF CREATIVE WORK

Port Regis School look forward to welcoming visitors to view a varied

collection of paintings, ceramics, photography, sculptural and mixed

media pieces.

Several artists and designers from Port Regis School will be exhibiting

creative and inspirational works of art.

There will also be an opportunity to view an exhibition of a range of the

pupils’ artwork.

63. Shaftesbury Arts Centre

AN EXCITING EXPLORATION OF COLOUR, TEXTURE, TONE

Sandy Roberts

(top right) is fascinated by glances and impressions of a

moment in time and creates diverse elements in her work. She creates

images in a range of media and materials.

Jane Shepherd

(bottom right) is a mixed media artist who combines

acrylic paint,crumpled papers, inks and scratch techniques to depict

landscapes,natural forms and everyday objects that appeal to her. The

local area remains her main inspiration.

Victoria Garland

(top left) is a printmaker who particularly enjoys etching

and the whole process of creating texture and tone on the plate.

Subjects are varied and include landscape, still-life and the occasional

creature, all presented in a figurative style.
