69. Andrea Jenkins

PAINTING, DRAWING, MIXED

My responses to the sea, coast

and meadow are increasingly

abstract. Focusing more on visual

elements and materials than

illustration, there may be surprises

in the next stage of my creativity.

70. Jonathan Garratt

WOODFIRED GARDEN AND INTERIOR CERAMICS

Welcome to a distinctive collection of terracotta and glazed pots for

gardens and interiors. Jonathan prepares his own clay at the pottery and

fires each piece exclusively with wood, which imparts a special ‘flavour’

to the work.

Many of the designs are exclusive and derived from prehistoric Chinese

and African pottery as well as from an interest in architecture, sculpture

and contemporary garden design. He is one of Britain’s foremost garden

artists and enjoys a reputation for combining traditional techniques and

contemporary design.
